1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to findmet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using findmet web application and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2. Marketplace Nature
findmet operates solely as a discovery and booking marketplace connecting individual users seeking activity accompaniment ("Customers") with independent third-party providers offering companionship, sports partnering, hobby coaching, and social discovery ("Providers"). findmet is not an employer, agent, or service contractor for any provider, and does not provide or perform any listed activity.
3. Eligibility & Account Rules
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on findmet. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated information. Each user account can switch between Customer Mode and Provider Mode as authorized.
4. Strict Code of Conduct & Prohibited Services
The platform strictly prohibits: (a) Sexual services, prostitution, commercial adult escort services, or solicitation; (b) Human trafficking or exploitation; (c) Any illegal activities, narcotics, or weapons; (d) Harassment, stalking, or abusive conduct; (e) Financial fraud or requesting off-platform payments to circumvent fees. Violation results in permanent account termination and potential legal referral.
5. Bookings & Payments
Payments are processed via authorized payment gateway integrations (including Razorpay). Customers are charged when a booking is confirmed. Platform fees (standard 10%) are deducted from provider payouts. All offline cash transactions are strictly prohibited and forfeit dispute protection.
